For your convenience, you can view maintenance requests by priority or by a given unit. Within the Maintenance area, you can also view and modify the priority of each request, making it easy to organize what needs to be dealt with based on your and the tenant’s needs.
Additionally, ePayRents, displays maintenance snapshot reports on your dashboard. Within your dashboard, you can view the number of new maintenance requests as well as the ones in progress. You can also jump on the Maintenance portal right from that dashboard. Lastly, on the main menu in our portal, we display for you the number of new maintenance requests.
