Using either the Grid or List view, you can view each property’s financial account and payment details effortlessly.
There are 2 types of payments that tenant, can configure through our system:
Receive your rent through our award-winning Online Payments. We support ACH and credit card payments. Tenants can log on to make individual payments, or schedule recurring payments. The tenant also has the ability to pay bills which you, as a landlord, assign them. Late fees can automatically be added to the payment schedule as well. Late fees are determined in the lease.
By providing financial accounts, the landlord reduces management time. The tenant can configure recurring payments and money will be transferred into the owner’s account quickly and efficiently. Access to Bank & Cards will instantly redirect you to My Account where you can view your accounts in use with ePayRents. At any time, you can modify which cards you link to our secure database, and you can always add new financial accounts to link to specific units.
Our software also allows tracking and mark received payments. We have the ability to track not just online payments but also manual payments received. Manual payments can be in a form of cache, check, or money order. We also provide financial reports which determine the profitability of our investment.
