In the Landlord portal, you can instantly access all of your properties with a search bar to quickly locate which unit or building you need. Adding a new property is easy! All you need is to add a property photo, the type, address, and unit information with the option to add an unlimited number of units per building.
Our portal also allows for you to keep track of your properties’ value within this feature so you can worry about one less thing.
The Properties button features instant access to the applicants, payments, maintenance history, and the option to move a tenant in to switch the property from Vacant to Occupied.
