Pay Online – avoid late fees
Pay Rent Online feature helps tenants to avoid late fees and save time. There is no need anymore to write a check or buy a money order. Our secure platform allows you to send ACH payments or pay rent online using your credit card. We also give an ability to configure re-curing payments. The recurring payments process gives peace of mind to tenants. It eliminates painful late fees and reduces human errors.
Our process is secure. We are using the latest technologies to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions. Lastly, our system allows paying bills assigned to our landlord.
The Payments feature allows you to view your current balance, including the deposit and outstanding rent that is due with some lease snippet information which includes:
- Monthly Rent
- Total Lease Bills
- Total Monthly Rent
- Bills assigned by the landlord
You can also view all of your bills and invoices within this feature with the option to search for each invoice based on the description, due date, balance, or when it is expected/when it was received. Our software also allows to track and sent payments. We have the ability to track not just online payments but also which manual payments received (landlord needs to indicate that manual payment had been received). Manual payments can be in a form of cache, check, or money order.
